About M.Sc IT Advanced Operating System

The ever so growing field of computer and technology demands us to grow with it. Various innovations and technologies which have been ushering in endless developments in computer systems and technologies have brought new interfaces and operating systems for mobile and computer devices. The Faculty of IT and Computer Science offers a two year M.Sc IT in Advanced Opearting System which enables students to develop an understanding of the the importance and functionality of operating systems. The curriculum of this program has been strategically designed in such a way which helps students gain an expertise about the various ways and methods of managing resources of computer and peripherals, program development and its execution. As a way of providing students with the most enriching learning experience, the Faculty of IT and Computer Science has a league of top notch faculties and experts who go on to provide students with an in-depth academic and industrial understanding. In addition to this, the faculty has also set up various industry linked laboratories and programs which have allowed students to effectively understand the various aspects of the field. Through this course students will be able to master the advanced principles of Process Management, Memory Management, File Management and I/O Management in detail. This program will also expose students to Mobile Operating Systems and Computer Operating Systems its functionalities to manage resources of mobile computing, program development and its execution.
