About Diploma in Renal Dialysis

The Diploma in Dialysis is a 3 year diploma degree program which seeks to develop the basic technical skills relating to the technicalities related to blood filtration and purification processes. This program is a foundation for students who want to gain knowledge about how treatment and care to the patients suffering from any degree or form of kidney failure or infection are provided. The Faculty of Paramedical and Health Sciences is fully equipped with state of the art machinery and facilities for research, which shape and develop the technical skills of the students. The Faculty is also equipped with a 750 bedded multi specialty hospital which provides the dialysis students real time practical training. The curriculum is uniquely designed to provide students with the knowledge and understanding of the various aspects of dialysis such as haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). Our expert team of doctors and dialysis experts shape the practical understanding of the students and provide a guided learning experience in the modern industrial practices. Beyond the scope of the academics, the program goes on to shape the core skills and interpersonal abilities of the students which helps them in their career.
