About Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering

The Faculty of Engineering, Diploma Studies offers a three year diploma program in Aeronautical Engineering which focuses on developing and shaping students in the practical and theoretical aspects of the field. The program is designed to provide the diploma students with an understanding of the fundamentals of the field which allows them to get a step ahead in the understanding of the industrial and the academic aspects. The program has been approved by AICTE and is focused on providing students with the most dynamic skill sets vital for understanding the elements of aeronautical engineering. The Faculty of Engineering is equipped with 6 instructional & research laboratories which provide a worthwhile practical exposure in the areas of Aerodynamics, Propulsion, Aircraft Structure & Avionics. With the department’s inclination towards hands on training, the facilities are equipped with the most cutting edge technology and learning equipment  such as Subsonic Wind Tunnels, Aircraft Simulators an Mig-25 Jet Engine among others. Upon pursuing this program, our students are guaranteed to develop an apt understanding of aeronautics, essential for them to navigate the endless pool of career prospects in Aeronautical Engineering.
