The Vadodara based PU is working tirelessly to make education a reality for the country. In order to discuss the new education policy, the university organised a knowledge-packed principals meeting in Bhatinda.  The university's Dr Pawan Dwivedi led the insightful session, which drew more than 175 principals from various schools. In addition to these efforts 50% scholarships were granted to students from Punjab. The university has been focusing on enhancing education through specialised meets and seminars dedicated towards the execution of the national policy across the nation.

Ranked as the best university in Gujarat, it  has not only created career opportunities for students, but it has also provided students with means to further their education. This has been accomplished over the years through the distribution of financial aid and scholarships to students. Furthermore, a special scholarship was launched for the top five students from each school who scored more than 90%. The university through Dr Pawan Dwivedi carried out this initiative to inform and empower principals regarding the ever changing trends in the industry.

The university has been going back to the schools by offering a hand of support through effective and practical knowledge in the academia circle through capacity building for the educators. PU has been aiming to help students to develop their knowledge on the variety of opportunities available to them hence the university recently opened new career counselling centres in Jammu.

"The national education policy has opened up gateways towards transforming and enhancing the scope and capacity of education in India therefore it is the duty and responsibility of every educator to offer knowledge support and necessary resources towards fully actualising this policy, as a university we have a strong commitment towards supporting the educators from all the sectors and such principal meets provides an idle ecosystem for idea generation and knowledge sharing ", shared Dr Pawan Dwivedi, deputy registrar PU.
