Prof. Fomi Dwivedi, Director, Parul Institute of Management has 14 years of diversified professional experience – 05 years Industry; 04 years in Training and Development; 05 years in Teaching & Mentoring. Prof. Dwivedi is a dynamic and self- motivated personality who is associated with Parul Institute since 2012. She is currently serving as a Director and faculty of Human Resource Management, MBA program at Parul University. She has completed her dual bachelor’s degree (Bachelors of Arts (English Literature); Bachelors of Legislative Law) and accomplished two Masters Degree (Master’s in Legislative Law (Commercial Business Law) from Gujarat University & Masters of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Dr. C V Raman University). Her professional traits are training & development; Building professional Ethics & Values; Preparing Modules for Training on different Professional topics; Team Management; Teaching & grooming budding learners on the aspects of Human Resources. Her research interest includes Human Resources; Business Communication; Business Ethics and Values. She has published 05 research papers and has also published a book – ‘Campus Placement- A bumpy Ride’ in 2012.She is on the board of Ethical Committee at University and the member in Women Development Cell, Parul University.
