Graduates of Civil Engineering will:
PEO 1. Have successful career in Civil engineering field involving professional knowledge and skills for analysis, design and solution of real time engineering problems.
PEO 1.1: Analyze real life problems in the field of Civil Engineering.
PEO 1.2: Design and Develop economically feasible and socially acceptable engineering solutions.
PEO 2. Excel in professional career with sound fundamental knowledge and pursue life-long learning including higher education and research.
PEO 2.1: Adequate fundamental knowledge of mathematics, applied mechanics and Engineering Science.
PEO 2.2: Undertaking research and higher education for continuing and life-long learning to keep pace with latest technological advancements.
PEO 3. Demonstrate interpersonal skills, leadership ability and team building to achieve organization goals and serve society with professional ethics and integrity.

The outcomes of UG Civil Engineering programme are:
a. Apply knowledge of mathematics, sciences and engineering fundamentals to solve complex problems of Civil Engineering.
b. Design Laboratory experiments for acquisition, analysis and interpretation of data for Civil Engineering problems.
c. Design solutions for complex Civil Engineering problems to meet the needs of the society with respect to sustainable development considerations.
d. Work independently or in a team as a member/ leader in multidisciplinary tasks.
e. Identify and formulate research literature and analyse complex problems pertaining to Civil Engineering.
f. Apply ethical principles in Civil Engineering practices and professional responsibilities.
g. Communicate effectively through written reports and oral presentations with Civil Engineering professionals and society at large.
h. Shoulder responsibilities in context to societal, health, safety, legal & cultural issues consequent to Civil Engineering practices.
