General Instructions

• The last date for registration for any event is February 22nd, 2024.
• Registration Fee: Rs. 100/- per participant, per event.
• All participants must bring their identity card without fail.
• After registration, replacing any team member is not permitted.
• We expect the highest level of decency and behavior from all participants. Vulgarity, lewd, or otherwise offensive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Participants must be present at their designated venue at the specified time for the events they are participating in.
• Participants who fail to report on time will be disqualified. Certificates will be provided to all registered participants.
• The detailed schedule will be communicated to all registered participants two days before the event.
• In case of any disputes or discrepancies, the decision of the organizers will be final.
