PU's highly anticipated Dhoom cultural and sports festival unites diverse cultures with performances Kings United Crew, Shirley Setia and Vipul Goyal,

Dhoom, one of the most anticipated cultural and sports festivals hosted by PU, continues to grow in size and scope. The 2023 festival, themed as Fiesta Aura Carnival of Paradise, began with a grand cultural procession featuring an amalgamation of cultures displaying the beauty of their roots. This was followed by the individual group performances prepared by students according to the different International Carnivals. Their efforts created a magical aura in the open arena. Dhoom 2023 will also feature a performance by Kings United Crew. Kings United Crew is a diverse and well-travelled dance group with a track record of producing shows in a variety of places all over the globe for multinational clients.

The campus has over 43,000 students from various states in India, as well as 2,500 international students. The students from over 68 nationalities passionately displayed their cultures through creative forms such as dances, poems, attires and many more.

As part of the Dhoom tradition, the event features some of the most celebrated figures; to make this year even more special, the fest was graced by the presence of Vipul Goyal, an Indian comedian and Shirley Setia, who is a well-known singer. By allowing students to organise the festival, the university allows them to learn new skills. So far, Dhoom is the finest grandeur of magnificence. Music, Dance, Theatre, Fine Arts, Literature, Fiery Ramp, and Artsy Lens are Dhoom's seven wings. Every wing is a majestic celebration of emerging talent, and what you see and experience will last a lifetime. A never-ending display of dance, music, art, fashion, and drama showcased the students’ unique talents providing the audience with elated lifetime moments.
