In the below mission I want to update the content and make it more towards organizing the activities to strengthen the network with Alumnis, Industries and provide holistic growth to students. Instead of Events, and competitive activities::

COUNCIL STRUCTURE

EXECUTIVE BODY

President

~ Serve as the primary point of contact between the student body and the university's administrative bodies

General Secretary

~ Oversees the coordination and communication of council activities, ensuring effective student representation and engagement

Asst. General Secretary

~ Support the General Secretary in coordinating council activities and managing administrative tasks to facilitate efficient student governance.

Communication Officer

~ Manages online presence and public relations (Includes Officers for PR, Content & Social Media)

Chief of Staff

~ Manage operations and policy development; oversee council activities and appointments.

Treasurer

~ Manages finances and budgeting

Auditor

~ To ensure the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of the organisation’s records (Finance & Utility) and to verify compliance with regulations.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Open to all Parul University students.
An overall average attendance has to be 70%.
Minimum CGPA of 6.0.

The Advisory Board, composed of faculty and dedicated administrative staff from the University, plays a pivotal role in guiding the Student Body.

This board provides strategic guidance and oversight, ensuring that student activities, initiatives, and policies are effectively aligned with the university's goals and standards.

NOTE: Calls for all positions according to your experience and qualifications. Juniors will also receive promotions as they gain experience in sub-roles. Support for senior roles will be provided by university teams under the Dean of Student Welfare, ensuring a structured path for advancement within the Student Council.
