Diploma in Indian Folk Dance
This program shall be conducted under the aegis of the Department of Dance, Parul Institute of Performing Arts, Parul University, Vadodara, for a duration of one year. The program aims at providing a sound fundamental understanding of the art form that can act as the foundation for subsequent deeper learning of the discipline. The curriculum has been designed in a way that offers a strong foundation and deep insights of the discipline, with an emphasis on cultivating a skill-based learning in alignment with the present-day practices of the field. The Diploma in Folk dances of India Dance program shall be of a one-year duration. The academic year shall be divided in to two semesters. Each semester shall be for a duration ofi5 weeks.
