Placement Policy

The professional education aims at securing excellent industry placements and aligning careers with preferred roles, brands, and compensation packages. While learning values, the University’s goal is to facilitate students’ career advancement by preparing them strategically. A comprehensive placement policy has been developed for catering to students’ aspirations, parents’ expectations, and industry needs, with the University accelerating the transformation in students’ employability skills.

• Students can’t participate in further placement processes after receiving a job offer.
• Exception: Students can participate in one additional company’s selection process if the CTC package is at least double the original offer.
• Students can switch to a “Dream Company” offer, leaving the previous offer.

• Students with accepted PPOs can’t participate further, except for Dream Company options.
• Students can opt for a Dream Company, leaving their previous offer.

• Core branch students placed in software companies can appear in Core companies.
• Non-technical profile placements allow further campus drives with technical profiles (not applicable to management and technical sales students).

• Maintain highest decorum during placement activities
• Indiscipline or misbehaviour leads to debarment from placement activities.
