PU’s Vishal Patil secures 2 medals at the Gujarat Arm Wrestling Championships

Delivering outstanding performances has become part of the PU anthem. From hockey championships to soccer leagues PU students have proven to possess talent. Vishal Patil from the faculty of IT and Computer Science showed off his power by stunningly competing in the Gujarat Arm Wrestling Championships. The championships were organized by the Arm Wrestling Sports Association in Gujarat with an aim to give arm-wrestling aspirants a platform to display their skills. The passionate Vishal emerged victorious by securing two medals in the category of the senior 75kg males. This student has proven that hard work merged with discipline are important tools towards attaining victory. “ the PU campus with its many sports activities and a fully equipped gymnasium has helped me to prepare for these championships. I am grateful to be part of this institution” shared Vishal Patil.
