About Business and Corporate Law


The scope of Business and Corporate Law deals with the laws governing a corporation's life cycle, and the regulatory frameworks related to various aspects of the business sector which includes its establishment, funding, governance, dispute resolution and administrative transparency and delivering socio-economic justice. The Masters of Business and Corporate Law that is offered by the Faculty of Law specialises in the legal issues of business and trade. Emphasising learning about corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and commercial transactions. Real-world professionals provide practical training sessions to help students gain an understanding of corporate structure and global business, with the goal of preparing them for the multifarious problems that modern business presents.
