Installation, Annual Maintenance and Operational Support for Establishment of Solar Power Projects

Parul University, located at P.O. Limda, Taluka Waghodia, District Vadodara – 391760, Gujarat, hereby
invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible, experienced, and competent Agencies / Institutions
for providing end-to-end assistance for the establishment and sustained operation of Solar Power
Projects at the University campus.
Scope of Work
The scope of work under this EOI shall
broadly include, but not be limited to, the following:
A. Installation and
Commissioning
Assistance in installation for establishment, execution, and commissioning of solar power
projects.
Coordination for deployment in compliance with applicable technical standards and statutory
requirements.
B. Annual
Maintenance and Operational Support
The selected agency
shall be responsible for:
Providing a comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) covering both preventive and corrective maintenance.
Conducting periodic inspection, cleaning, performance monitoring, and upkeep of solar modules,
inverters, transformers, and associated infrastructure.
Ensuring minimum uptime and performance levels in line with prevailing industry standards.
Providing technical support, replacement of faulty components (as applicable), and
implementation of efficiency optimization measures.
Submitting annual maintenance reports and performance summaries to Parul University.
This EOI is intended to identify agencies with demonstrated expertise and proven capability in
large-scale solar project development, execution, and maintenance.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested Agencies / Institutions must meet the following minimum

Compliance
Valid GST registration, PAN, and other applicable statutory
registrations, licenses, or approvals.
Documents to be
submitted
Agencies / Institutions shall submit the following documents along with the
EOI:
Company profile, including ownership and registration details.
Profile of the technical team.
Statement of financial capability.
Proposed approach and methodology for undertaking the assignment.
Copies of GST, PAN, and other statutory registrations.
Any other relevant supporting documents.

a)EOIs received after the stipulated date and time shall not be considered.
b)Submission of an EOI does not guarantee selection or empanelment.
c)No financial claim whatsoever shall be entertained towards preparation or submission of the
EOI.
d)All information submitted by the applicants shall be treated as confidential and shall be used
solely for evaluation purposes by the University.
