About B.Design Interior and Furniture Design

The modern day modular spaces and the rising demand in modern homes and working spaces has created new avenues for career opportunities for students who pursue interior and furniture design. The Faculty of Design offers a four year bachelors degree program in Interior and Furniture Design which seeks to impart within the students an understanding of the modern design trends so as to suit the demand of the Industry. The program goes on to shape the student's creative elements, along with their visual and aesthetical appreciation so as to shape the trends within the world. The faculty is equiped with state of art labs and studio facilties which develop the student's practical skills allowing them to effectively engage in a series of hands on training projects. The goal of the Interior & Furniture Design program is to impart within the students the abiltiy to create and design quality furniture and interior structures which make the living as well as professional spaces comfortable and sustainable. The expert faculties and academic resource people go on to guide the students through the complete design process from sketches to the final project. During the course of this program, our students get to work on live real time projects, and remain upto to date with the global trends in interior and furniture design.
