As a way of developing and shaping the most skilled and competent human resources with a unique ability to nativage the scope of the aviation industry, the Faculty of Aviation Management offers a three year Bachelor of Business Administration in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel and Tourism Management.  The global scenerio has been creating endless opportunities for experts and professionals in the field of aviation, therefore new career avenues have been opened for students who wish to venture into the scope of this field. The curriculum of this program has been designed in such a comprehensive manner which allows students to venture into an indepth study of Aviation  in the various specialisation areas of air hostess, cabin crew, flight attendant, airport management, safety, security, in-flight service, air ticketing and airfare studies of the airline industry. The course has also been designed in such a manner which in incorporates within every student a fundamental understanding of travel management, by imparting within the students effective organisational skills, business skills, management ethics and a comprehensive understanding of accommodation management and travel management. It goes to shape students with the understanding of the various areas in the hospitality sector and provide solutions for the same. The studentd also get to have an exposure to the fundamentals of hospitality management. The Faculty believes in imparting within the students the most enriching practical exposure which shapes and develops their knowledge and skillsets, a mock aircraft has been put in place for hands on in-flight simulations. Beyond the theoratical aspects of the program, it also focuses on ensurign the overal development of the students through effective grooming for personality development, interpersonal and communication skill enhancement.

A two day national management event was organised by Faculty of Management studies Parul University. More than 800 participants participated from various UG and PG colleges of Gujarat during two days. Xplore'20 was graced by Sanjay Raval Motivational Speaker and Gayatri Vyas, CEO, VNM GUJARAT with two of our alumni, Hardik Desai from first batch 2004 of MBA program, currently working as Manager L&T operations Mumbai & Manas Maheta, HR Manager, Team lead.

IN Conference-2020

Faculty of management studies observed an end of very successful national academic conference INC 2020 held on 19-20 February. The INC 2020 theme was: Innovative Management Practices for Sustainable Business Models along with publication partner Journal Press of India, a leading academic publication house. Selected papers will be published in their recognized journal 'Manthan: Journal of Commerce and Management'.

Industrial Visit to Coca Cola

The management students made an industrial visit to Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited (HCCBPL), Goblej District of Gujarat which is the largest bottling partner of the coca-cola company in India. Students learnt the vital aspects of industrial and technical and management essential for developing their practical skill sets.


Anveshan, an inter college one day Summer Project Presentation Competition for students of B-Schools across the state was organized by Faculty of Management Studies. The event is designed to allow the management students to take up and practice their leadership role by guiding these students in their presentations. A total of 35 management students across Gujarat participated in SIP competition while 50 others took part in Poster Presentation and Power- point Presentation is fields such as Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, Management.

Pratibha Mohatsav-2019

Pratibha Mohatsav is a signature event of Parul Institute of Business Administration. The Mumbai Dabbawallas inaugurated the various activities conducted under the Management Symposium. A 3 day BBA Bazaar was also set up which worked as a platform to bring out the hidden potential and entrepreneurial skills in students by giving them an opportunity to perform in a competitive business Environment.

As a way of creating the ideal entrepreneurship ecosystem, the students of Business Administration actively participated in the business nurturing event, Vadodara Start-up Festival. The event hosted some of the most prominent business personalities along with entrepreneurs from various industries across India.

Expert Lecture on How To Become Successful Business Man

More than 120 students from BBA dept. attended the session headed by Neha Kare, the youngest entrepreneur of Maharashtra chamber of Commerce. She boosted the confidence of BBA students by talking about the challenges and threats she faced as a young entrepreneur of the startup Mirror Salon.
