About IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization)

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, or IASTM, is a revolutionary technique that allows clinicians to effectively and efficiently locate and treat people who are diagnosed with soft tissue dysfunction. IASTM is a technique with its own set of indications that is fast gaining popularity due to its effectiveness and efficiency while proving to be non-invasive. This course includes theoretical and practical knowledge of different techniques of IASTM namely: sweeping, fanning, brushing, strumming, and framing technique. This shall influence decisions regarding the improvement of management skills of future and currently practicing Physiotherapists.

    A candidate who has done / is undergoing Bachelor of Physiotherapy is eligible to enroll for this program.
