These codes are used for a variety of objectives, including disease statistical analysis and therapeutic action, reimbursements, and direct surveillance of epidemic or pandemic outbreaks. Medical transcription is dealing with the process of transcribing voice-recorded medical reports that are dictated by physicians, nurses, and other healthcare practitioners. Voice files, lecture notes, and other spoken information can all be used in a medical report. These are dictated over the phone or digitally uploaded over the internet or mobile apps.
