Scope
This policy applies to all International Students admitted to any academic program of the Institution and is framed in accordance with International Grading/Global Compliance (IGC) norms, applicable regulatory guidelines, and institutional rules.
Admission Cancellation
International students seeking cancellation of admission must submit a written request to the International Admissions / International Office through official email or the student portal.
The date of receipt of the cancellation request shall be considered for refund processing.
Refund Policy
a. Before Commencement of Program
• If admission is cancelled before the start of the academic session, eligible fees shall be refunded after deduction of:
• Application Fee
• Registration / Enrollment Fee
• Processing Charges
(All the above are non-refundable as per IGC norms.)
b. After Commencement of Program
• If cancellation occurs after classes have commenced, no tuition fee shall be refunded.
• Hostel, mess, and other service fees (if applicable) may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, subject to deductions and institutional approval.
c. Visa Rejection
• In case of student visa rejection, the student must submit an official visa refusal letter issued by the concerned embassy/high commission.
• Tuition fees (if paid) may be refunded after deduction of non-refundable charges.
• Application, registration, and processing fees shall remain non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
• Application Fee
• Registration / Enrollment Fee
• Admission Processing Charges
• Any amount stated as non-refundable in the Offer Letter
Mode & Timeline of Refund
• Approved refunds shall be processed within 30–45 working days.
• Refunds will be made through bank transfer to the applicant’s nominated account.
• Bank charges, currency conversion fees, and international transfer costs shall be borne by the student.
