Booking Process:
- Students must book their desired day online.
- Each booking can accommodate up to 15 students.
- After booking, students will receive a confirmation email, which they must show at the entry to receive entry bands. Wearing these bands is compulsory.
Inclusions:
- Booking includes access to the Cabana Chaos for the reserved time slot.
- Basic sound and lights are included, no food item is included in the package.
- For cake cutting, a basic table and cake stand is included.
Security Deposit:
- A refundable amount of Rs.2000 will be charged while booking
- In cases of violation of any venue guideline or damage to property repair cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
Booking Slot:
- Available slot: 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Non-Transferable Booking Clause:
- Bookings are non-transferable. The booking must be used by the person in whose name it was originally made.
No Cancellation Policy:
- All bookings are final and non-refundable. No cancellations are allowed once the booking is confirmed.
First Come, First Serve Policy:
- Bookings are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Availability is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.
- No Flammable Objects:
Only cake candles are allowed. No other flammable items are permitted. - Maximum Capacity:
The Cabana Chaos can hold up to 15 people. - Damages:
You are responsible for any damage to the furniture or equipment. You will be charged for repairs. - Cleaning Charges:
If the Cabana Chaos is left very dirty, cleaning fees will be taken from your security deposit. - Security Deposit:
A refundable deposit of Rs. 2000 is required. It will be fully refunded if no rules are broken. - Decorations:
The Cabana Chaos includes a sound system and basic lighting. Extra decorations can be arranged for an additional fee.
