A group of 7 students from Diploma in Civil Engineering and 2 students from Diploma in Mechanical Engineering visited Humber College , Canada for a six weeks long International Exchange Program accompanied by Prof. Dhruvil Shah.
From the past two years Parul University has been conducting study tours to Skoda Auto University wherein student attend a 15 day training program followed by visits to industries near and around Czech Republic.
A MOU has been signed under which Student & Faculty Exchange Programs will be conducted between Parul University & Skoda Auto University.
As per MOU signed between Parul University and Wroclaw University of Technology, Poland, students from Mechanical Engineering, Civil, Electrical, Computer Science and Architecture Faculties/Departments at WruT and PU regularly participate in appx. Four to Six weeks’ International Exchange Programme. So far 100+ students have participated in this exchange programme.
3 students pursuing Mechanical engineering and 6 students pursuing Electronics & Communication Engineering at Parul University were a part of this International Experience Program at Kansas State University, USA. The eight week long program gave the students an excellent opportunity to learn courses of International Standards.Apart from the regular teaching, several online quizzes, tests , assignments and simulation exercises were organized to foster better understanding of concepts among the students.
6 Engineering Students & 6 Pharmacy students of Parul University participated in a Six week long exchange program at Laurentian University,Canada.Students got an opportunity to study their GTU Curriculum subjects.
As per MOU signed between Parul University & Wroclaw University of Technology, Poland, 14 students from Mechanical Engineering & 15 students from Civil Engineering students of Parul University participated in the six week International Exchange Program organized by Wroclaw University of Technology, Poland.
As per MOU with UAS Bielefeld-Germany, Four management students accompanied by Prof. Fomi Dwivedi were invited to participate in the European Summer School organized by UAS Bielefeld. A greater objective than international exposure behind organizing such exchange programmes is to create international employment and research opportunities both for our institution and students.
In the global economy the onus is on learning, unlearning and developing global competencies. Parul University recognizes this need of the hour and puts in special efforts to provide its students with international exposure – both academic and social. As part of such radical initiatives a group of twenty three students from various branches of Diploma Engineering colleges got an opportunity to participate in a two-week study tour to Lambton College, Canada.This group was lead by Prof. Lina Chokshi.
