Workshops

The workshops are organized /conducted with an objective to create platform to learn and develop skills with the help of an expert. The learning that is received will help young professionals to sharpen their interest area skills and become market ready; they get oriented on how to comprehend the applications of different software’s and its application with an organization. This shall give them hands-on experience on how effective technology can be used; where it can be applied and what measures are to be taken while applying it in our professional life. It helps to complete the entire learning cycle at Technical Educational Campus.

Workshop on SPSS

Mr. Vikas Doshi, Assistant Professor, Department of Statistics, Government Medical College, Vadodara conducted a two days workshop on SPSS for the students of Parul Institute of Management Semester II, Batch 2015-17. The workshop was coordinated by Prof. Fomi Dwivedi, Director- PIM. The purpose of the workshop was to empower the students of second year so that they become well prepared for the research activities during SIP after II semester. The topics like Excel & Research Methodology & Quantitative Techniques to make them competitive for research work as they have their comprehensive project in the second year.

Workshops on Factories Act 1948

A workshop on “Factories Act 1948” was conducted by PIM Alumni Ms. Reena Wilson, HR Manager, Lanxess India Pvt Ltd, Bharuch for the students of Semester III HR Specialisation for the subject Labour Legislation- I. The workshop was organised and coordinated by Prof. Fomi Dwivedi, Director- PIM-MBA and Human Resources Coordinator at Faculty of Management Studies, Parul University.
