Dr Sharnil Pandya is an enthusiastic educationist and an active researcher. Currently, he is working as Associate Professor in IT Department, along with academic duties; he is also handling Parul University Website, ICT development and MIS system. Previously he was working with Nirma University from 2011-2015, was handling Nirma university website and MIS. His research interests include Embedded Systems, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things, Wireless Sensor Networks and Web and Mobile Technology. He has a special interest in inter-disciplinary research and projects. He has more than 40 papers published / presented in international conferences and thompson reuter indexed journals, to his credit and 3 patents filling and 1 published patent. Currently he is working on a funded project approved by Government of Gujarat, Science & technology Department worth 2 lacs & NVIDIA GPU Research Center project, USA worth 50 lacs. He has guided national/international undergraduate, post-graduate students and currently guiding international PhD students from computer engineering and other disciplines at Parul University.
